Native to Greenville, SC, Joy Bailley came to the field of mental health in 2013 to help establish a comprehensive opioid use disorder treatment program in Duncan, SC bringing more than 20 years of management and Human Resource experience with her. Joy previously worked as manager for businesses in retail and consumer lending. Her areas of expertise include business development, strategic planning, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.  She currently lives in Greer, with her husband Paul, and youngest son Drew (20).  In her free time, she likes hiking, working out, gardening, and traveling to watch her son play junior hockey.
