Kelley B. Addison, mezzo-soprano
Kelley is a Greenville native, having just moved back after many years away. She holds her Bachelor’s degree in Music Theory from Furman University, where she was in Furman Singers, Chamber Singers and the Honeybees. She studied voice with Dr. Trudy Fuller and piano with Dr. David Gibson. In addition to singing, Kelley is a pianist and enjoys composing for piano and voice. She has spent many years as a private piano, voice and theory teacher. Kelley performed with the Connecticut Grand Opera Chorus, Baltimore Choral Arts Society, Durham Choral Society and the Wilton Singers. She has also performed with various contemporary music groups, most with a charitable fundraising initiative. Kelley currently works at United Ministries in marketing and development. She is married and has 2 children. This is Kelley’s first season with the Chorale and Herring Ensemble.
